What we collect

When you start an application, we collect your first name, email and Instagram profile. If you continue, we collect your age, country, contact details, social profiles, audience and activity information, revenue range, available time, goals and partnership confirmation. Optional fields are marked.

Why we use it

We use your information to review your application, contact you about a possible working relationship and let you resume an unfinished application. Application emails are transactional. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Where it is kept and who can access it

Applications are stored in a server-side database. Secure resume links act as access keys; keep them private. Only authorized people reviewing applications should access your information.

How long we keep it

Unfinished drafts are automatically removed after 30 days without opening, resuming or saving them. Resume links expire after 30 days, and expired session data is removed. Cleanup runs in small batches when the application service is used, so deletion may happen later during quiet periods. Submitted applications are currently retained and are not automatically deleted. A retention and deletion process for submitted applications will be added once application review statuses are in place. Once our privacy contact is configured, you can request deletion through that contact.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information. Depending on the legal basis, you may also object to processing or request portability. Our privacy contact is not yet configured. Once the contact details are published here, you can use them to request deletion or exercise your other rights. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and other services

We do not add advertising cookies or analytics. A strictly necessary application cookie keeps your draft available on your current browser. See our cookie information. External Instagram and WhatsApp links only connect you to those services when you choose to open them.

Adults only

Applications are for people aged 18 or over. Please do not submit an application if you are under 18.
